Sort of sad tbh, I've sent another e-mail to the Habbo customer support & I know it'll just end with another useless auto reply asking for info which I'll fill out & then it'll just send me more questions/ask for more info :[
Is there any way I can talk to a human being from Sulake/Habbo, which is able to help me with recovering my safety account I lost my e-mail for? I'm pretty annoyed how a company can have so bad customer support to the level of having to wait 6+ months & still get nowhere; I still don't fully understand why I can't just login via my username, rather than my e-mail, which of course I've forgotten >_<

It's rather annoying, i'm still waiting for a response from them for my other banned account and its been about 8 months now.. I'm not sure there is any other way, but i once got myself unbanned by speaking to powertoo in game and she sorted it for me...

Tried friend requesting her to talk to her about it; I really can't believe they're allowed to have pretty much non existent customer support... C4 really screwed up Habbo so badly >_>

Right? I'm the same way.
All I want to so is get my old account back and I'd be happy.

Habbo.com currently has 2 active staff who do customer service (Powertoo & WaltzMatilda), and 3 back-up staff who do customer service sometimes. (Filomiena, Habbeatrice & SuperCansin). So I assume that must be enough to answer tickets properly? ;o
Chug!

With the amount of tickets they get though. I mean, tbh Habbo isn't a free service. Habbos pay for credits, therefore it's no free service. There should definitely be staff to warrant this.

Moderation was much, MUCH worse before C4 got involved and gave Sulake a reality check.

At the moment, for me, they are taking around 2 weeks to reply and Kate is helping me, it's just the normal response though!

You mean where you just get asked questions about the account? I'm unable to answer some of them since they're asking me stuff relating to my email.

Channel 4 has managed to kill off a lot of the activity Habbo used to have; for me personally, moderation was not something which I noticed when I played back a few years ago.

Doesn't seem like there's any staff actually doing much in the customer support area. :I I'm far from active now, but it's still disappointing, considering how hard I worked [Barely bought any of my own credits >_<]

They would only really reply if it had something to do with credits, and that would still take awhile.
But the customer support is awful really, so yeah, the only 2 active staff may be your only quick solution.

you need to scroll through your offline list and click the IM bubble and leave her an offline message - minimail doesn't even work
funny because i opened a request the other week and they responded quite quickly! make sure you always put it under something they would see as priority lol like problem with credit purchase

Edit: Left a message for Waltz now, hopefully I can recover the safety. :] Unsure what I'd do with all the stuff since I'm not too active now. >_<
