"Weird" meats you've eaten

I'm into eating "weird" meats (game/gourmet would be the right word). Love the texture and flavours of em.
What have you had?

I've had:
Crocodile
Camel
Kangaroo
Snake
Snails (not that weird)
Alpaca is sitting in my fridge for tomorrow.
Horse (again, not weird but you don't get it in aus)
Goat
Venice

And that's probably it. I want to try dog, so I need to go to Asia!

the only meat I've ever eaten is:
bacon
chicken
turkey
sausages
hot dogs
fish (no weird fish)
and well eggs wouldn't be classed as a meat but yeah

and I think that's it. So nothing weird for me. I want to try steak but I've never had the chance, might've had it years ago and don't remember.

I want to try crocodile though, on 'I'm a celebrity get me out of here' they said it was amazing, I think...

Probably venison when I was younger. My dad had it on his plate and he asked if I wanted a bit and I was like yeah why not.. didn't know at the time that it could of been a Bambi. :(

You can buy it in the supermarket very readily. Trick is not to overcook it. Goes extremely tough ! Honestly, I eat it at least once a week, try to do it at least 2ce.

I can't find a local butcher who does emu. Gotta go to the Vic market more often, they had a deli there with it (but none in stock).

Oh yeah, I've had wild boar sausage (almost like landjäger) from that big food market near the Tower Bridge underground. The names escaped me recently.

Kangaroo and Crocodile while on holiday in Queensland. Crocodile was pretty tasty, however both are pretty dry in my opinion. I think that I'll stick to eating normal meat thanks...

You cooked it wrong. You need to pretty much just sear it. It's meant to be a medium-rare meat, like most/all game. I'd show you once, lol.

Well, I'll list out the meats that I find not common to eat:
Kangaroo: I think it just tasted like beef, but was more tough. Not very appetizing.
Quail: It's like a mini duck, and when I had it, it was dry as hell. Not that delicious. Also the quail didn't have a lot of meat.
Goat: Again, very dry and tough to eat. Not very delicious.
Deer: Tastes really nice. It's just like beef.
Shark Fin Soup: I had this ages ago at a wedding, and I don't really remember it.
