Why does this furni have no value?

I just saw one in the hotel and want to buy one but there is none in the marketplace so I am not sure what to offer if I can find one.

Marketplace says about 20c. They were released for the Pirate campaign.

I checked all Pirate Categorie and all these were unvalued:
Gun Rack, Sword Rack, Pirate Flag, Treasure Chest, Grate, Fish Barrel, Crate, Lower Mast, Basic Lower Sail, Basic Upper Sail, Crows Nest, Piggy Pirate Flag, Group Crows Nest.
And the anchor has a link problem.
All values sent, message to furni editor to fix the anchor problem also sent. It must be fixed soon, Thaks for your help.
