Heyy
Trying to edit a search form to change the button colour. Done it for other boxes, but cannot work out what the button is called :L
Anyone who has any idea of editing CSS and would be willing to give me a hand on a website (just one thing) to change the button colour will be repped. Only users I trust, I'm afraid (not because you'll be going on a panel; just because the project is currently private :))

If you use chrome then right click the button and inspect the element. That will tell you what it's called. Not sure if you can do that in other browsers though.

Like Chris; said you can use inspect element on right click alternatively using I believe F11/12
Once you do this you will see what you've selected to edit and will be able to change the information within the line(s) of code!!
I believe Skynus; xxMATTGxx; or lawrawrrr; will be able to tell you/ help you with this!

Been using firebug on Firefox, just can't work out why I can change just about every colour but the button :L Probably my lack of knowledge in CSS, mind.

I don't think so; I can edit the colours using Inspect Element on Firebug or Chrome, just can't get a final colour change? :L

Sweet, realised as soon as I uploaded :L Fixed - thanks very much. Being WP, I'd tried doing it the lazy way via Edit CSS, rather than editing the entire theme - didn't even think to just edit the theme aha
Not end of the world if website is leaked, just not finished yet haha
