Ermm needs work ... zoom in and work mre carefully and make lines straight -- the hair on the habbps need work too but good start on it

Great Try! But, It needs shading, Yes... and More clearing. But to shade black, Just kida (If using paint) click on a color twice and then at the bottom of a pop-up it will say "Customise Colors" and find a gray-ish or lighter shade of back and shade it like at the bottom and everything :D. I give you rep for trying.

needs a hell of a lot of work, the ps2 ent right, the tables rubish along with the bar n's dofa, wat happened to the peoples head!! you've shortenend it while doing the hair! its pathetic! or though it probably did take you a long time 3/10

hmm... if you click view - zoom - custom - 800 - ok
you can teally zoom in and get things accurate rather then just draw them free-hand :)
