Yeah me and my mates at university watch a film nearly every night and someone's brother recommended we watch 'The Room (2003)'. I can honestly say i've never seen ANYTHING like it.

It's so bad it's off the scale, but at the same time that's what makes it so good. We were laughing hysterically through the whole thing because you just can't even bring yourself to accept that it's not a joke, it was actually a serious film.

I know Tom (FlyingJesus) has watched it and loves it, wondering if anybody else has seen? Would really advise watching it because it's just a mixture of hysterical laughter/confusion/disbelief and ..... i'm still getting over it. :P

Anyone seen then?

Oh hi Mark

Greg Sestero has a book out about his "friendship" with Tommy Wiseau and how bad the filming was, hopefully getting it for Christmas

I've seen clips and the trailer and the big question I've always wondered, is Tommy Wiseau actually a character. It wouldn't surprise me if he was just an Alan Partridge type character and knew how bad he was because he was supposed to be. Or maybe he simply is that bad.

He's real but he's genuinely the oddest person I've ever read about. No-one's actually sure when or where he was born (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommy_Wiseau) and his own story on it seems to change depending on his mood. In my opinion he's probably the Second Coming

Haha read the plot on wikipedia and saw the trailer. Can be described as "one of the worst films ever made" oh god
