Is the glass half empty or half full?
Like I would say half empty. If I was drinking a can of coke and wanted another one I would say it's half empty lol. NOt it's half full.

Half of it is occupied by liquid, the other half isn't ;l
i say half full tho srsly.
depends on the situation
if I was filling something up, like a waterbottle and someone asked me that question, I'd say it's half full 'cause I have the intention to fill it up
if I was drinking something and someone asked me I'd say it was half empty 'cause it's going to be empty soon

Normally say half empty to be honest, half full doesn't seem to fit
Depends how thirsty I am...

I think it depends, but usually I would say half empty.
Apparently there's a psychological thing surrounding the responses to this. The way you worded the first post didn't help the answers however apparently if you say half empty it means you're pessimistic and half full optimistic lol
First time I got asked it I said half empty, although I think it's a poor question tbh as if you think about it logically, you've drank half so it's half empty.

Depends if it used to be totally full or totally empty, nothing to do with pessimism and optimism just sense
