So the ones with blue ticks are the same album, but seperate CD's; along with the red ones. http://i40.tinypic.com/29cv3wp.png

How do I make it so that all 3 Albums which are ticked, is like the one with an orange tick (3 CD's in one album) so that they all join into one Album, rather than seperate ones? Merry christmas by the way!

You need to select them all and get info. Then change all the information such as album, artist and featured image to same. Then edit each disk as
