Try going on a different page of your reputation, if you joined in with the Christmas thread the notification it's for might be on another page.

I think it could be that the thread where you received the reputation was removed, likely to be the Christmas thread. I'm sure this happened before and xxMATTGxx; was able to sort it for the people involved so I'm sure he can do the same for you :).
