Yup, just checked that for myself :P On the classic skin it's called' New Posts' instead of 'What's New' :P

On site skin 2010 it has a What's New? Tab and a New Posts Tab :O. I use New Posts/What's New?

I don't think I've ever used the activity feed on any forum I have used... It's always What's New/Unread Posts.

Usually new posts, but I still use activity stream at least once a day, especially when I lose posts I've made/already read. Have links to both in my bookmarks!
