Go skating together, go for a walk, go eat at a fancy restaurant, not a fast food.

mcdonalds then a trip to the cinema. Whoever says they'd rather be at a fancy restaurant than mcdonalds is lying ok!

My boyfriend got told not to take me to the cinema for our first date and I really do agree. If you go to the cinema, how can you talk to each other, actually communicate and find out about each other? Unless you have a really good idea about them already then by all means go to the cinema, but I think relationships and getting to know your partner too :).

Some other ideas could be going for a walk together, going to a nice place for a meal or a snack etc. even going to a place your partner hasn't really visited before to make you seem more interesting too. You may want to go to the cinema though, and that's not a bad idea overall and it's up to each person and their opinions. You could also ask him where he'd like to go if not.

I always think the cinema always leads to something else lol

I'd take him to a restaurant. (Then again I love food) ;)

Invite him over for a "Movie Day", that way you get the watch stuff and talk.

And probably something else considering you're not in public ;)

TGI Fridays, have some cocktails, have a chat.
Take him home, you can 'watch' movies there!
