The Values Expert (http://www.habboxforum.com/awards.php?do=viewaward&award_id=79) Award is given out to people who make a notable contribution to the Rare Values Suggestions (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=306) forum. As we haven't given this award out for many months due to the forum not being very active in some months, I've decided to give the award to three people and this is based on roughly the past 6 months :).
