Given it says forum settings at the top I suspect this may have been around a long time as they removed all forums, even those attached to the new groups I think way before PaulLa started ruining Habbo

Habbo haven't focused on groups/homepages for years now, let alone bothered updating the relative parts.

It would be nice to see that button used for something, even if it was to bring in group pages or something similar to homepages. Lots of people use external websites to advertise and run their groups, so having it brought back onto habbo would be a good idea from their marketing (money, money,money) point of view
