anyway i was wondering since i wasn't really on much over christmas is it possible for me to still give out my christmas rep to everyone that repped me?? since it's not really fair on those who gave me it and i didn't return (as mentioned by a -rep i got lool)

Just go around and rep everyone. As long as there isn't a post/thread actually asking for rep - you can do whatever.

It's usually removed after Christmas/New Year so people can't keep posting, bumping etc.

It's not been deleted but it isn't viewable to anyone anymore. You could always do what Kardan said if you really need to. :P
