You are no longer able to make multiple tickets. If you have a ticket open and try to make a new one it now gets automatically closed with the following message:

I think it's a very poor decision. For example, I have a ticket that has not been answered for 18 days. So let's just say it takes three weeks to reply and I am hacked in those three weeks I could be waiting around 6 weeks before I can expect a reply to my new ticket.

WaltzMatilda said it was due to a back log from the holidays.

This is probably good for them in many ways. I wouldn't be surprised if people were waiting more than they hoped for a ticket to be responded to so they just open another one on the same issue

Have you just opened a ticket on the same issue as the previous ticket as that might be why they have said that

Only 1 ticket = less tickets made = quicker responses

This is a great decision, will speed up process and make Habbos decide on their most important thread.

I don't agree with their decision if it means you can't even create a new ticket in a different category. Why can't people have two tickets open? I think at one point I had 3 open which was ages ago but they've always been important. I wouldn't have 3 open at once if they had more people answering them to provide quicker responses in the first place :P. Support has never been their strong point and can't imagine if ever will be tbh.

i think its a good move, as everyone else says. quicker responses in theory. But, this is sulake we'll have to wait and see!
