I always feel better when I do exercise. I have barely done anything since sept and it got too cold to run but I started back into it this week. I have a personal trainer for two sessions a week and plan to go swimming and gym 4/5 days a week too.

only exercise i do is walking up hill from bus stop to school and running for busses pretty much. I used to do like crunches every night (not many of them) but i just stopped that cause of laziness really, exercise never makes me feel any better after all just makes me hurt and get no satisfaction from it

Well from Mid October to april I have hockey 2-3 times a week. And from Mid August to the end of October I have (American) Football practice 3 times during the week, and then a game on the weekend. Absolutely nothing in the months between other then the occasional summer activity.

I don't do any exercise. It's terrible but I don't have the motivation to do it. :(

Have another day off in the middle of the week. Do just legs one day and mix shoulders with your core workout. Looks good though Phil

Yeah, my routine is hard to explain because it has lots of weekly rotation :P

Yes, I exercise every single day. I think that fitness is extremely important, and 60 minutes is only 4% of your 24 hour day, so really no matter how busy you are, you should be able to put aside 60 minutes for your health - no excuses.

During the summer I love playing tennis, hiking our local mountain, and running outside. In the winter, the snow makes it impossible to do the previously mentioned activities, so I switch to squash, fitness class called "Body Assault" (just as brutal as it sounds LOL) and the gym. I also go to the gym in the summer, but I like to really make the most out of my summers and spend as much time in the sun as possible, so if I can two kill birds with one stone by getting my exercise in outside while being in the sun, then I certainly take advantage of it.

I plan on running my first Marathon in September :-)

Well I'm doing my core ones at home and my legs & shoulders is one work out in the gym, only six weight exercises covers them both. The only reason I'm doing so much core is because my main goal is to lose body fat from my stomach and even though the core isn't that hard, it's the only one that I feel tightness in my stomach after

I play badminton once a week, but other than that all I do is the long walks around Uni campus. My Uni has one of the biggest single campuses in the country if I remember correctly :)

Hockey training on a wednesday and matches on a saturday now.

I'm now starting to do

Gym monday, training with a diff club on tuesday, training with my club on wednesday, gym friday and hockey saturday.

that leaves me with thursday and sunday free.

I probably won't do the gym every week, nor the tuesday training but hopefully try keep it up as much as I can.

I train my arms the most (as you can likely tell). I do train my legs but not as much as my arms, back, shoulder or chest. My legs aren't small.. I can tense the muscles up and down (if you get me). You got to think that I'm probably 14 stone 8-9-10? So all of me isn't going to be small :P

Weekly badminton, some walking, fitness DVDs and Wii Fit. And clearly shopping counts as exercise because I'm always worn out afterwards :)

I used to hate exercising but now I like it, I have either netball practice or a match about twice a week and in between them I do a lot of pilates & yoga and jogging. Sundays are my lazy days and I don't do anything
