would depend on the situation, but if it was someone i cared about then i would in any situation
if it was someone else i probably would too but would depend on the severity and stuff

depends cos I think most people would just look for the innocent explanation and that's why people walk past all sorts of dodgy goings-on in the street.

if they were my family then yes. then anyone else it would depend. if it involved knifes then probably not but maybe water then I probably would.

If it was anyone, friends, family, randomer on the street etc. I really like to think I would but really don't know if I actually would. Especially if it was life threatening.

It sounds horrible but I genuinely don't think I would. Maybe if it was someone I really loved, but it's really hard to imagine the situation when you're not in it!
