i personally still feel very split on artpop, like i love some of the songs like aura, artpop, do what u want, dope, gypsy, applause, but pretty much the rest i don't rly like that much, and the rap song is just god awful. i still think i'll always prefer the fame (monster) the most really, wish she would go back to that style

hmm I see what u mean, the songs u named are definitely some of the strongest. although I also love g.u.y, sexxx dreams and MJH too. I don't wish she would go back to TFM style though, that's just transgressing. that music is still there for you to listen to so idk why she would just repeat it

artpop is a mess, it has some amazing songs, but it also has jewels n drugs, so we can't win anyway. it is my 4th favourite album of the year though!
