Okay,

I'm having a problem with my laptop. It happened with my last laptop too and I just thought it was the crappy laptop but apparently not. I have this problem that it's like my browser continuously fails to connect to the internet and I get this page: prntscr.com/2lx1bo

It's not my connection because my Skype works perfectly.
It's not my Wifi because none of the other laptops in the house are experiencing this problem.
It's not the browser I'm using (Firefox) because I tried Internet Explorer and I had the issue with Google Chrome on my last laptop.

It says "If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web." in the above image but my Firewall says that Firefox has full access.

I really have no idea what the problem is so any helpful suggestions will get a +Rep

Thanks!
