When I was young I was always taken to hospital for having a weak immune system, as I got older it got better. I can go months feeling completely fine, then I can go months where I just want to curl up in a ball and cry because I feel so ill.

My immune system used to be shocking but since I have a reasonably healthy diet now it is so much better.

pretty good, I don't really get sick at all
sometimes I wake up feeling a little down but I don't think it's ever been that bad

I usually only get sick when the weather changes, like from hot to cold, cold to hot.

I have a weak immune system, last year I had different colds constantly for 4 or 5 months. I get viruses and bugs quite a lot as well, but my immune system is getting stronger over time!

Mine was quite good until I took a load of antibiotics. Now not so much..

I have a weak immune system in terms of cold and flu. If there is anything like that going around, chances are, I'm going to get it.

But in terms of actually being sick or getting bugs I'm quite good. But I wouldn't put that down to my immune system, I'm put it down to lifestyle. I ALWAYS wash my hands after using the loo, and where I can I will go and wash them before I eat. If I'm out anywhere that isn't my house I will always use anti-bacterial gel before eating anything even if I've just washed my hands, even if it is just to unwrap a mint. It might sound silly but if I'm using uni computers or have touch the hand rails on the train, I don't know who has touched those. Someone with a bug, someone who doesn't wash their hands after using the toilet, someone who just picked their nose, eugh, I don't know but I don't like the sound of that being near me let alone in my mouth! Also, I don't drink, so I have never been sick from alcohol.

Plus I'm slightly phobic of vomit and throwing up so I avoid it at all costs!

I'm rarely ill. Think I got the flu a few Christmases ago and I get the odd cold but that's it really...

I don't get too sick too often. My immune system has improved as I've got older as before I've had gastric flu when I was around 10 years old and unfortunately only over 16s could get medicine for it; agony waiting that out. Also, in high school I was sick for one week, fine the next, sick the week after, fine the next and then sick the week after that too - now I rarely get sick, only a cold here and there usually.

before this year, i think it was quite bad that i'd always get sick or get some tonsillitis but i'm doing great so far! let's hope that doesn't change :( the idea of missing college will kill me!!

I don't really get affected by much, and when I do, it's pretty bad.
Occasionally I'll get all sniffy during winter (who doesn't?) but there'll be one week where I'm in bed and feeling terrible.

I'd say my immune system used to be really good however, over the past couple of months it's slowly getting worse. (Old age i'd say ;))

My immune system has always been pretty decent, I don't really tend to get sick, only when I travel to different countries or if the weather is changing.

If peoples immune system's are poor, means you need to bring your fitness levels up. So that your body come become healthy again.

think mine is generally ok. Last year I had a 24 hr bug which went round everyone and a cold but that's it.

I exercise more than most people but my immune system is bad. Too many antibiotics was probably what triggered it for me.
