Been there, done that. Feel fine one day then suddenly you feel awful.

Get plenty of rest, drink loads of water, try and eat some dry toast or biscuits (typical ill food) and SLEEP! Sleep always seems to help for me :P

If you have any suitable medication in your house then take some - just make sure it's the right stuff and you follow the instructions (I'll probs get accused of something if I don't say that lol)

Hope you feel better soon x

Drink orange juice, avoid dairy (if you're mucus-y), have a hot shower and keep warm is the best.

For the throat, have soothers (dunno if they're just uk or what but there'll be something), and hot drinks are rly good!

Hope you get better soon :)

This usually only ever happens to me when I sleep with my window open on cold nights.

Try strepsils if your throat still hurts

I hate this, I just drink warm drinks, eat soup, have a shower/ bath and sleep. I find soothers don't work for me.

You need to stay hydrated. Drink a lot of water. Steam and vitamin C are also good ideas. Take a hot bath and try and rest.
I also find herbal tea helps a lot.

If you feel weak, your body needs sugar. If you feel dehydrated and stuffy, you need water. If you're hot, you need to cool off (so no blankets or use a fan) and if your throat is sore, it may be from sleeping with your mouth open (which admittedly, I do) so just drink until your throat isn't dry or gurgle mouthwash to get rid of bacteria.
My boyfriend would refuse to let me be covered with blankets while having a cold, and even though I thought it was ridiculous at the time, it actually helped. :) Have a few relaxed days and have plenty of vitamins (because why not?)
