Let's talk about one of the greatest filmmakers of our time and certainly our generation

I'm currently having a sort of Quentin Tarantino marathon, re-watching his movies every day. So I thought it would be cool to discuss him and our favourite of his films.

What's your favourite? Why? Is he one of the best directors ever?

I would personally have to go for Pulp Fiction. To me, it's like the staple of his filmography. So many of his trademarks were established in that film and it is filled with amazing performances. I love them all though, some days I would call Kill Bill, Django, Inglourious or Jackie Brown my favourite.

He's hit or miss, loads of people love him but there are those who also just don't enjoy his films (weirdos!!)

My favourite, i've seen all of them, is Django, I loved that film :P

Probably Pulp Fiction although I've still got a lot of his to watch including kill bill 1 and 2 which I do now own on blu ray so will be watching soon.

And yeah I do find him a bit of a hit and miss with people sometimes. He likes to borrow a lot of stuff from others with his fans saying its a homage and others calling it a rip off. I've heard sometimes he doesn't give people credit but I wouldn't know.

I have only seen Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill (Vol 1 & 2) and Django Unchained.

Personally, they are all awesome, just Quentin himself is awesome :D So if i had to pick, I'd pick Django Unchained, I thought the humour in this movie was top notch, and it was just a great film ;)

Pulp Fiction edges it for me slightly over Reservoir Dogs, although i'm a big fan of his work.
