We need to know your ideas on how to make Habbo better...

We have spent a couple months now testing which methods are the most effective to get you to tell us what you think. We have come to the conclusion that we arenīt taking advantage of the Idean Forum, so it will be closed the next days. Nevertheless, the surveys, the experiences and the ideas that you tell the Help Tool, the contact that we have with Habbos through the games and fansites, as well as the groups of beta users are those which gives us the best results. We will continue to be in contact through these tools!

Silly q, but what is user care? I just assumed it was Help Tool (obv not) as I have no idea what the "Idean Forum" is.

I think they mean User Voice. Also, their article is really poorly written, looks like it was thrown into Google Translate, lol.

No wonder did you see the state of them, they were being massively trolled!

They were the idea forums near the help link where you could post what you wanted to see. They were popular at a time but i think they gave up reading them anyway lol

saying that this new change makes it sound like giving feedback may be limited to a certain elite of users (y'know the type, those who stalk Habbo Staff everywhere).

it was the best method of feedback

giving us a platform to write in as much detail wat we like, we dont like or think we should have was most effective way of communicating. these stupid polls they always do telling us to rank on a scale of 1-10 the different aspects about a campaign is pointless if we have no way of saying wat it actually was that we liked or disliked about wat we are ranking

it also had the potential for discussion between the community in the comments section and it would list the most popular ideas. it was gr8

They have updated the article. It actually sounds good that they will have meetings in client where you can voice your ideas. A bit like what a past hotel manager did, can't remember what they called the event.

We're moving our feedback process into the hotel and closer to you!We have spent a couple months now testing which methods are the most effective to get you to tell us what you think.
Although the suggestions in our User Voice forum have been excellent, it also requires daily moderation to keep the comments clean (as does any forum). We've been testing a new method which we've found to be more effective and gives us more time to focus on improving the hotel. The new process involves us spending time in live discussions in the hotel and then following up with polls around specific areas of interest. We've also used Beta Groups to test our features and give feedback during development. We're planning double our efforts in gathering feedback from you and closing user voice is one step toward that goal.
We'd like to thank everyone for sharing your ideas and assure you that we will be documenting them before the forum goes down.

I got the impression they just stopped looking at anything suggested on there and then maybe people stopped using it. Oh well

Long overdue. Kind of a shame because it allowed 'new users' to voice their concerns and give ideas. Any kind of 'small feedback groups' will be the same Habbos who are all 18+, played for years and the sort of audience that Habbo should not be primarily concerned with. The future is people who are 13, not 18+ people like me and a lot of us who use this forum.
