This is exactly one of the things that the lyrics in that song talk about, the intolerance from the gay lobby whenever anybody even mutters any kind of objection to homosexual acts or gay marriage - howls of rage and insults are thrown at them rather than a response of rational debate. If the gay lobby really want to make progress with public opinion in the states, they'd better start engaging their opponents on the topic rather than restorting to abuse.

As for the song and in regards to scripture, it's pretty impressive I have to say - it's not Westboro style rubbish. It is interesting though is it not that when a song like this is made by a Christian/social conservative who you might not agree with but who is making a moral message, there's an uproar - but when it's a trashy pop song talking about sex, drugs and violence.... not a peep from anybody or any mock outrage.

I couldn't listen for long, it's one of those songs for me that is just a mix of preaching and ignorance
