i just receved an e-mail from habbo about the hobbas on ebay and at the botem of the e-mail it said this

i didnt think ione did anything anymore with the hotel :/

yeah, I wouldn't exactly call it player support though...

More like, 'Send an email, wait 6 months'. ^^;;;

Edit: She's part of the Habbo Staff still after she retired from Hotel manager.

They used to be automaited emails but i'm not sure what they are as it takes so long to get a reply since they installed this "Habbo Help Tool". Oh well it's lame. And yea ione is high up in the sulake company now <3

I received them too. I received 4 and a reply from a newsie article which i sent in Around 4-5 months. I also reported unaceptable behaivour via the help tool because of 'error photo's' being sold on ebay, I got this reply:

It used to say that on the HC Pressents because she used to be the hotel manager (before Jibbi).

Lost_Witness deals with Player Support but lately it has been taking ages so she may have stepped in to lend a hand, She still works for Sulake as the Community Director.
