Btw the Emails are not Helpful what so ever and Say This on every Single 1

I sent an article in ages ago too, but I didnt get my 'automated reply' lol. they should actually use their fingers to type a personal response...I suppose once you reply to an email from [email protected] they will reply with a personal email. Apart from that, i got the one about my unfair ban.

yeh, that or put a 6 month sleeping pill in the tea, which, when spilt, made the sulake staff and servers sleep for 6 months so they didnt reply or d anything about habbo.

All complaints sent to Sulake via Email are meant to Get Instant replies. However this hasnt happened and Emails that were sent to them Over a year ago Are being instant Replied today. Also, if you complain now the Instant reply is Fixed. So they can deal with your issue alot faster

The first picture is of all the e-mail's I recieved (I'm still getting more as we speak). Some are almost a year old.

The second picture (below) is a screenshot of the new message they have placed in the 'Im a Parent' e-mails (Notice the boxed text). Their way of saying "We've been lazy". I guess the important thing is that the e-mails are working again.

Its funny
they sent me a pointless one back from the one I sent in from when THE-SALON competition was on! Its no use now..
They replaced me in the salon for no apparent reason.. ( I didn't turn up on time ) 5 minutes late, REPLACED, anyway THATS HISTORY
Point is they are sending pointless replies well some might not be pointless to a few of you but from events ages ago :S
