BANNED

Okay, I am in desperate need of help.

I was hosting my event earlier today, adveritisng Habbox. Which we are meant to do during our events and I get banned:

You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "Your Habbo has been banned until 17-07-2025 08:24:27. Clone Habbos (Retros) can put the original hotel at risk. We suggest you keep it real. Reading through the Habbo Way and Terms will help you avoid this issue in the future.". The ban will expire at 7/17/25 8:24 AM (GMT -0400) Eastern Time.

I have appealed, and then Habbo got back to me a few minutes later asking me to fill in some questions about my account, but the link they provided me with I couldn't access as my account is banned. So, I have appealed again and answered the questions on a different account. *NOTE* Habbo clearly stated they won't reply to the message unless it's sent by the banned account itself. How am I to reply to the link they provided if I am banned and can't access it?!

Has anybody else had this problem?? Or appealed for an account back on a different account?? Roughly how long will it take for an appeal to get back to me??

Yeah. Though, the link they provided me with. I can't access because the account is banned.

I don't know if you can still do it, but have you tried to appeal by saying your, your parents and writing the message saying like ' My daughter...'

Blame the content department, they were the ones that turned the front page of Habbox into a retro.

In reality, all you can do is use another account to appeal.

Cant you view the questions on an account not banned and then transfer them into the ticket on the banned account and answer them?
