Im in the hockey team, football team, athletics team, cross country team and basketball team in school, aint exactly gonna give all that up ;\

Work out -- Muscle weighs more than fat. Doing alot of running can trigger hormones that mess about with weight gain, so don't do as much of that for a while.

Each food high in carbohydrates and starch, see below for some of an average day with all of this:

Cereal/Toast for breakfast

Banana/Orange Juice for mid-morning snack

Large chicken baguette and a Mars Bar for lunch

Portion of fruit for mid afternoon snack

Portion of Chilli with a large portion of rice for tea

You can also snack on fruit throughout the day.

Doing alot of sport is good for fitness but like I said running and stuff may mess up your weight gaining hormones.

well if u wana get fat "/ easly way would be drink lots of fizzy drinks, as they use corn syrup as there sugar subsitute, as its cheep, wich aslo triggers massive weight gain, its also what they feed chickens a bettery farms ect for fattening them up as well "/

I wouldn't advise eating unhealthy fatty foods, still eat healthy, but just eat more carbohydrates, it will help you gain weight, without making you unhealthy.

If your underweight or feel uncomfortable at your weight, see your doctor.
