Did you know?

The Assistant General Management team is completely different to the Assistant General Management team at the start of December.

Wow interesting facts there xD Lets hope things stabalise a bit haha. Having a fresh general management team really gives this chance to happen and hopefully the incentive and commitment will be there and people will start to care about actually shaping habbox for the bettter rather than just a pretty job title.


I think the only way to solve this crisis is to remove Bolt660 from the do not hire list :'(

Kyle; I'm going through the list of staff and how long they've been in their department - it's pretty much pointless. I'm about half way and the only people that have been in a department longer than a year are:

Jin (Co-Owner)
Sierk (Co-Owner)
xxMATTGxx (General Manager)
Mr-Trainor (Rare Values)
Cassiieee (HxHD)

Most of the rest of the staff I have to go through are HxL DJs that I've never even heard of before, and I'm not sure if some of them even have any posts :P

There is a big difference between being dedicated, good at what you do, and consistently in a department. The lonest I've been staff is about 9 months I think (maybe longer?), because I get busy with uni/deadlines and leave, because I always think if I can't put in my usual 120% it's not good enough (I nearly resigned last month but people made me realise me posting away pretty much averages the same workload as a normal staff member).

But I obviously didn't get either of my promotions because I'm not good at what I do, and I'd say some of the staff that have been here for a long time simply don't deserve it - quantity doesn't mean quality. Or that they'd be a good manager at all!

Great thread with loads of interesting stats and facts :D. 522 days is so long, although given this is my 3rd time as Rare Values Manager and over a 5-6 year period of being in and out the department, it's quite spread out :P.

She is, although I didn't know this when I made the thread since I've never known a manager to be promoted and keep the job.

And nobody does news anyway, so a merge wouldn't be an issue.

Funnily enough it used to be the norm. I remember Roxy being annoyed that they changed the rules + she had to give up her events manager role because she was AGM. They've relaxed that slightly now though.

Anyway, agree with Laura, but sometimes quality and quantity can even out so to speak, I mean like being the best at that department for x amount of time could be months, years etc. however, do agree!

I was going to put Debates and Technical in their own side bubbles away from the chart, but then I realised that Chippiewill was technical staff or something, so the technical 'department' got added into the circle and I forgot about debates :P Really I should remove technical now, and just have a little side note for technical, debates and features.
