So today someone was in my shop and wanted to buy my wolf, I said it was 100c which was too much for them so they suggested I rent it to them for 5c a week by putting it in there group room and every week they would pay an additional 5c to keep it. My question is, is this allowed by habbo? I was thinking of maybe renting stuff to more people I'm sure I have heard of people renting thrones before but this would be more norms, or rooms of stuff. What do you think?
Thread moved by Nick (Forum Super Moderator): From 'Habbo In General' as i feel it is more suited here.
yes but cannot be properly monitored and furni owner could just not put it back down after payment. perfectly fine habbo way-wise tho i guess
yes probably is... don't see any issue against it.
i hate when otther peoples furni is in my room though. i like for it to be all my own

i think you're probably asking to get banned though
so many people will probably report you even though you're not doing anything wrong
they'll probably just ban you anyway

I'm the same haha.
OT: I've seen quite a few people doing that. Lending out Dicemasters, etc.

It's perfectly fine and safe, People have been doing it for years, even more group rooms (Obviously only big casino owners)

It is common, people do that often. No risk to be banned

I can't see there being a problem in terms of getting banned surely the furniture is still mine, it's in a group room and I would never remove it before the week was up. Saying that I might just rent to friends and get payment after the week cause that might be more safe..

I can see where your coming from, I would personally never rent off someone unless I knew them and believed they wouldn't scam me & I'd like to think the person who rented my wolf just trusts that I'm not a scammer rather than them being stupid.
