Kim Jong-un has won the hearts and votes of all 687 districts of North Korea in their recent ballot to choose their latest member of the Supreme People's Assembly - the first time such an election has taken place since his father's death in 2011. His name was the only one on the ballot but let's not dwell on such trivial matters

Apparently not all the results are out yet, but in the 2009 election 100% of voters (99% of the population) voted yes and considering this one is voting in their own superking or whatever rather than just a newly-favoured official I doubt many people will have voted no :P

Apparently you can cross out the name and write your own but you have to go to a specific no box so it's not as if you have discretion.

And to get to the no box you probably have to run over a field of landmines whilst some tanks do some shooting practice I would imagine :P

I'm amazed they even have elections. All show for a clearly obvious winner :P
