Armed police arrive in Hucknall

Armed police have closed High Street and Vine Terrace up to Watnall Road in response to an incident.

The force helicopter has been scrambled and local shopkeepers have been told to lock doors and stay inside, away from windows.

Police confirmed that despite early reports, the incident is not an armed robbery.
