We have different Habbo experts that you can go to depending on what you are wondering ! Each Habbo eXpert is uniquely selected as this Habbo possesses vast knowledge in the subject. The three branches called Game , Host and Tech!
Game experts are experts in games related to Habbo Hotel . You can ask these Xen how you should do to obtain a certain effect with different Wired , for example .
Leaders in this category are Dr.looove .
Host experts are experts on general issues of Habbo Hotel .
You can ask these Xen on replacing your fashion style , which is awesome place you can visit, for example . Leaders in this category are ZiiCiiNReserv .
Tech experts are experts in computers , technology and the like related to Habbo Hotel .
You can ask these Xen on various problems that interfere with your stay at Habbo, for instance .
Leaders in this category are Deschan .
Who decides the experts?
Every skill has a leader , all of Habbo X in that category will report. This Habbo has a master badge so you can recognize them .
What are Habbo experts ?

It wouldn't work on the .com hotel - so much community support is needed from staff to make a program like that a success, and given that it got scrapped when there was community staff around, it will never work in a hotel like today.

guardians are crap the people who even do it must be completely stupid considering people get kicked/banned from rooms for no reason at all. They are just doing it for the achievements so just click bad every time.

Besides, wasn't it scrapped due too much work to be put into it and now they put it in again with less staff?

As I cannot edit my post somehow, here is some more info.

It is just a trial for a month.
There's no badges yet and no powers too I think.
There's 3 leaders for Host, Tech and Game and 1 special dude with an unknown position (the banned guy).
Even the selected members do not know how it will continue. It now stops for a week because of unknown reasons and mess.
It has a hell of a messy room.

So what I understand is that some people just decided to give the finger to the original program and wanted more power, so they convinced staff (nowadays newbies) and got their way. Staff accepted it because the Guardian system does not work there (community too small). Seems like the leaders are lazy and new gen kiddo's.

Yes indeed, apparently it's a Swedish only thing - some active members there were in contact with local staff about the "reviving eXperts" -idea and they decided to test it out. So not initially a global thing. The staff are easily talked into doing stuff like this by users in the smaller hotels (Finland too) nowadays. By the looks of it, it's a bit of a mess, so I don't think it'll spread much elsewhere.

I had group rights. I can't remember what the levels are but the group owner asked in the guestbook and I was the first to reply saying yes and I got it. I never did anything with them except close a few threads. I was tempted to remove people I hated from the group though.

I can't remember what it was called. I'm pretty sure it had actual members of the program + staff in it though

It's renamed Habbo Guides. There's 2 Leaders + 3 Groups being Host, Tech and Game all with a teamleader for each category too.
No signs of badges yet and there's a (slightly) better room.
