Interesting feature, what happens if someone says a blocked word?

Wow just tried it, I can now block the word 'swag' and 'yolo' in my room. #bobba

It's good but it could be used badly, for example a scam room blocking the word "scam".

could be good for people who constantly advertise certain scam sites!

Thats a nice idea. A lot of words are already taken care of by the filter, but I suppose there could be a need to block other words too.

Yeah what happens if you put bobba in?

Yeah what happens if you put bobba in?

Nothing. It's probably just coded so that if keyword is said in any way, it will change it to bobba. Causing bobba change to bobba, showing no difference.

But yeah, I tried it - it stays as bobba.

Guessing if you put stuff already filtered it just still says bobba

Great, can remove wired blocking words from room eg websites, etc :)

I don't like this. What gives room owners the right to pick what people can say in their rooms? I think the standard Bobba filter was sufficient to block anything truly bad.

Only bonus of this feature is that you can block websites, but even then there's multiple ways to get around it. I don't understand how this is going to help anyone, it'll probably annoy people more than anything.

You could already do it with keywor wireds anyway. If an owner badly wanted something blocked before this, they'd just use that. So there's no change other than making it easier and free to do.

It will probably have a good side and a bad side to this but I like this new feature :)

It's available to all users I'm pretty sure for the person who asked.

Interesting indeed, though there's some pros and cons about this.

While it comes in handy in some rooms, it's not going to work to well with people filtering every word/letter.

I really like this new feature, gives room owners that little more flexibility! :)
