I feel like Habbox is lacking some things that would get us a ton of users and help other Habbo's.

#1 - Badge Guides (Badge guides attract tons of users and could really grow our fansite to be even bigger.)
#2 - Tutorials (Tutorials would be good resources which we have a lot of on our site so I think if we added them it wouldn't hurt all we need is some wired, stacking, etc.)
#3 - An Official Booster + Tutorials on how to get achievements (The booster will attract more)
#4 - A bigger events team (I noticed that ThisHabbo, HFFM, and numerous other fansites that have events usually happening probably 20 hours a day on the hotel.)
#5 - Biggest graphics team (We need along with events we need to have more featured fansite events on the hotel which means we need more badges. If you haven't noticed we hardly ever have a new badge and/or and featured fansite event.)

#2 I'm pretty sure there are tutorials on habbox.com??? not checked in a long time, but i do remember having them
#3 a booster would be pretty good, it's just to find someone who will actually open one and happily advertise the habbox name (vaguely remember there being one tho??? might be wrong).
#4 they've tried getting more people to join events but with the limited amount of people on here and having to give your own furni away it's hard
#5 like i've said above, it's hard to get more graphics team if there's not enough members willing to join

Badge guides was tried, it didn't work out as expected but it has made a sort of revival as lRhyss posts them on the front page so they are around.

I'll mention point 5 because featured fansite events are limited. Putting aside the recent missed deadline, Habbox has entered every single featured fansite event available (well it did when I was AGM, not sure about Jade's time as AGM though, it's possible we missed one then). It's not a case of needing more when it's dictated by Habbo when Habbox's turn is. I believe the last featured fansite event Habbox took part in was only last month for valentines. So unless Habbo have changed their policy about this and it's now just a free-for-all which I seriously doubt, this point doesn't add up.

I agree about the rest though, good ideas, +rep (ooh your first post too, very brave of you).

There are fansite weekends still, but in the monthly meetings we discuss possible events that all fansites can get involved in too - for example we had our fansite weekend in February and then we had a joint event with Habbo Creation the week after. This was the same for St. Patrick's Day and I believe the same will be done for Easter (this will probably be discussed in the next meeting).

Point 1 - it has been done and it was scrapped, but as others have said this is still present usually on the front page of the site. However, sometimes there are slower weeks which may seem like they're not being done when really there aren't as many to report on. I think pushing this even more is a great way to increase players visiting the site though.
Point 2 - we have these already on Habbox.com and these do include Wired and stacking guides. I'm unsure if guides regarding newer Wired boxes or the Stack Magic Tiles have been released though, but I think lawrawrrr; or rnix; could answer that.
Point 3 - that's actually a good idea as I can't remember when/if we had one. What would be great as well would be joining this with official rooms that are coming back soon as someone could gain people using their room, but also advertise Habbox whilst doing so. Also, with tutorials on this I remember someone doing badge guides and how to gain them on the Wiki which should still be available too.
Point 4/Point 5 - not sure how these will help us get more spotlight events as they're done around holidays or when it's your turn. We could do with a bigger team, but quality should come first - I'd rather come into a nice event room with members of staff and the public interacting in a friendly manner than getting told to get out and be abused when you walk in (past experience). It would be great to see more events on Client (and I know Lewis is doing wonders with the team to ensure we get more done, and the ideas discussed between me and him help too), but I've seen so many unique and creative events recently which gain more users than the same old for X amount of hours.

However, feedback is always welcomed whether it be positive or negative, and it can give us ideas on how to go on about certain points you raised.

I really do hope to get a bigger events staff team soon. It's just finding them!

Of course as Samanfa said, quality is what's mostly needed. However, we still could do with a larger team! I'm not sure how many staff we had, it wasn't long ago we had like 15, and in a short period of time it's went to roughly 11. That doesn't include anyone possibly posted away & cassie in the jungle!

#4 - A bigger events team

As Lewis has said, This is easier said than done!
Hosts are always advertising applications in every dept, Even DJs are.

But some great ideas here, Sounds like a lot of fun

Tutorials are coming and guides. But rewriting them and making new ones for all the features Habbo have can be a lot of work especially with a small team.
