Does anyone know if they actually unban permed accounts atm? I'm trying again on my account which was banned in September 2011 and keep getting the same message that they won't look into any bans older than 6 months which is completely stupid.

Any tips for what might make them change their mind if someone actually reads my messages instead of just selecting the autoreply

I don't think they will ever unban accounts over 6months, unless staff is your close close friend who knows you irl or something.

I've recently opened a dispute to get my account unbanned from 12 months ago, they're looking into this case and this was ban was because I said "Why do you play retros?" I do believe they will unban it if you go to help.habbo.com/requests and make a new one!
All I can say other than that, be persistent and keep trying!
pasta;

Edit: If they aren't responding to you also make sure you keep replying in the dispute case as it will keep popping up on their system then hopefully become a "important" case or it maybe classified as spam!

I'm permed for 'scamming' atm. Earlier on I opened a case, got a response in a few minutes showing it was closed and an auto response from Alexander saying blahdeblah cant unban its over 6 months old. I kept opening followup tickets and it was always him replying within a few minutes so I'm gna leave it until tomorrow and make a new one and see what happens then!

Yeah I would either wait until tomorrow or try and leave it a week so someone different is on your open case

My account was unpermed after a fierce and drawn-out arguement with various Sulake staff. I think we were going back-and-forth for nearly 3 years, with at least 1 message a fortnight. I was wrongly banned in the first place and they just kept saying "we see that, but you'll have to see your ban through".

I have it back now. I was so excited when I found out I could log on to it. THEN I realized they had wiped the account clean. No rooms, no groups, no furni, no badges. Nothing. It's weird because I merged it over within the timeframe. Everything is just gone. :(

Atm think you'd have to bug them hell out of them to get an unperm. I was quite lucky as I got one of my accounts (that i had spent 2.5 years trying to get unbanned) unpermed a short while before this 6 month business started going around.

Write a long letter (edit: email, letter in length and formality etc) explaining:

- Why you 'broke' the Habbo way, and how you'll learn from the ban and try to avoid at least appearing to break it in the future
- Talk about how you're an active member, and you know, you would buy credits on the regular if you had your valued account back...
- Note your activity on fansites and whatever social activities you engaged with on Habbo to big-up your activity and worth to the site
- All in all, make you sure cite everything with dates, articles in the Habbo way, times, names, places, all the info you know, so they can't flip you off with another 'we need more information on your account' email

I've not had perms unbanned for years since, but this is the method I used to unban my own and help others to, be sincere and phrase it all in a mature format, showing you respect their company policies and had a momentary lapse, but that the site and accounts means a lot to you, and keep emailing, again and again, until they break.

Well, this scammer named *REMOVED* went to the help site & made a very convincing notice to them that he would stop using their entertainment services if they didnt give him his account back. Plus i heard from this glitcher guy that if you reset your modem or some junk like that, itll work again. But idk- it may or may not work. :P

I always thought that tickets were responded to as oldest first, so by replying multiple times to your support ticket is just going to make it take longer? Or possibly no difference at all even.

Either way, OP. You can try, but last time I basically got a straight no because of the 6 months issue. My ban wasn't as plain simple as the one quoted above, but it was pretty similar and I still got denied.

You could try dispute that also. They probably wiped aload of permed accounts for some weird reason :S

I've changed the account username; do you still think I'd be able to do it?

feel the need to clarify that perm bans initiated longer than 6 months ago will NOT be looked at under ANY circumstances and continuous messaging is fruitless and a waste of time.

sorry to say that you have to just let the account(s) go.

I got unpermed a couple of years back on cloning. I just explained the situation and a MOD unbanned me.. Not sure what the staff are like now in regards to banning, my guess is useless
