My plan at the moment is for dropping body fat but maintaining lean mass and it's eating 5 times a day with a set list of things to choose from so I don't get bored of this plan, I made this plan around 3 weeks ago and it's real good I'm glad with the balance of it, anyway what are your meal plans?

Don't have an exact meal plan but I'm trying to lose some weight so I'm watching what I eat. I've teamed up a friend so we can see who loses 5 pounds fastest, which will hopefully motivate me a bit more :P

I don't really have a plan. I just eat my 2 meals a day and avoid snacking between the meals.

i eat a lot of junk food
also mainly have takeaways because my family hate cooking lol

monday - thursday , i'll only have junk at college and thats it, wont have any breakfast or anything.
Friday i sometimes have breakfast and i have a cooked lunch
Staurday & Sunday , i have lunch. i sometimes have breakfast

I don't have breakfast :P I never feel like eating in the morning so I just stick to my lunch and tea. I tend to have a light lunch and then pig out a bit more for tea.

I eat whatever I want to eat no matter what it is, purely because I've decided you only will live once (as cheesy as that is) and I refuse to spend it trying to watch my weight and eat healthy. So for that reason whenever I contemplate something I'll just say **** it and eat it anyway
I eat whatever they give me at work, then snack when I'm at home.

I just eat what they give me, I am not fussy but I do eat more healthy foods rather fast food though.

Haha eat breakfast even if it makes you feel like crap, try light breakfasts such as 50-75g of oats with a teaspoon of honey and a banana :)!

Should probably point out I don't do this randomly I diet for rugby and boxing XD

And weight train for these two sports
I try and eat my 5+ a day at the very least. I love fruit and veg so it's not that hard really.

I tend to eat weirdly; Monday- Friday 3 meals
Weekends: 2 Meals
!~they usually have a salad with every meal or some type of vegetable~!
mum usually asks me a few days before meal wise, she's quite a planner. Lunch i decide on the day.

I eat when I'm hungry.
always eat something for breakfast and then just eat when i am hungry/motivated to actually make something to eat
