So how do you guys like your steaks?

I like it rare, with peppercorn sauce and preferably with a cheese and mushroom topper.

Medium rare to well done for rump. Not too keen on rare, I like the general cooked flavour although I certainly understand why rare is the preferred choice for many.

The steak house near me is great. Lettuce wedge with honey and mustard sauce, 8oz/12oz rump, peppercorn sauce, slice of onion loaf and fries for £12.95 or £15.95. There are difference sauces and options available but that's pretty good.

Rare, if you're gonna burn it might as well just have a burger

This is exactly my point. I see it as such a waste of good meat to have to anything over medium.

My work do a 48oz steak, so tempted to try it but don't wanna pay £25 for something that chances are i wont finish

medium. I like the taste but really hate the texture of rare steak, it's just so.. ugh.. idk, wet. I went to a brazilian steakhouse back home and they just brought skewers of meat around and chopped it off for you andthat is where my passion for non-burnt steak emerged. so good.

err I love porterhouse/sirloin steaks well done, cooked in oven with onions so they are rly tender. Don't like it medium rare but don't like it if its tough either so I never really order steak at restaurants.
