do you drink any teas (not pg tips or yorkshire's finest)? are you aware of the various health benefits that drinking tea can provide?
i get my tea from teapigs, my favourites being mao feng green tea, silver tips white tea and chilli chai (so perfect for when it's cold)

the natural antioxidants present in tea (especially green tea) have been proven to block the growth of skin cancer cells and it can prevent diabetes/lower your blood pressure

only drink tea when ive got a cold as it can be nice to feel warm even if it is just for 2 minutes. just normal tea though none of the herbal stuff, tbh the names don't sound very appealing.

rose and french vanilla tea mmmm
Just normal tea rarely.
I'm thinking of drinking peppermint tea because apparently it's good for digestion. Do you have milk in it though? Because I can't digest milk lololol.

I like green tea and also Teh Tarik, it's the same as milk tea. It's not bitter compared to other herbal teas, but it lets you taste the sweetness of tea. It's good to have it once in a while. :)

Other than the usual English or Earl Grey tea, I drink dandelion tea because it's supposed to be good for your skin :) It's quite nice tasting too.
I drink any type of tea really, we have Tetleys at work and PG Tips at home :)

Try one if you get the chance. It's good for your health, especially the herbal ones. :)

I just prefer other drinks such as lemonade or coke. I do have fruit tea so might try that again. Do you drink tea often?

Well, i wouldn't say often. Sometimes, my grandma do make them during high tea. Kinda enjoy the moment with family all around you having tea altogether. :)
