View Full Version : Habbo languages commands
say
:lang en
:lang es
:lang fi
:lang pt
:lang no
and it changes the language of the hotel
no merge is happening that has been rly stressed
btw say it exactly as i wrote it, the space is supposed to be there
en is english, es is spanish, fi is finnish, pt is portuguese, no is norwegian etc
Why should we be encouraging other languages to come on the English speaking hotel when they have their own lol?
Awh I was hoping it would convert everyone speech bubbles to Spanish :(

Maybe it'd be nice to have that for the hotels that don't exist with a language, e.g. chinese, but not spanish.

Dom was saying about this in his room yesterday, Staff have had it for a while and they used it for when going on foreign hotels.

If the hotels aren't merging I can't see why they would need different languages.
can some1 go on a diff hotel for me and find out if it will change to english

theyve only done it to make things easier for the non-anglophone who already use habbo.com. i dont see how this change makes any difference to you lRhyss.
it's a little random, but I like it. Everyone now and then people like to venture onto other hotels, so it'll make it things easier.
Especially for the habbos dont close down at night.

This was originally for developers when they visit other official hotels, as it DID require a staff rank.

It does seem to work for every language that has Habbo:
:lang en (English)
:lang pt (Portuguese)
:lang dk (Danish)
:lang fi (Finnish)
:lang fr (French)
:lang de (German)
:lang it (Italian)
:lang nl (Dutch)
:lang no (Norwegian)
:lang es (Spanish)
:lang se (Swedish)
:lang tr (would probably be Turkish but does nothing, I don't know if it's because that Hotel is closed from outsiders)
All it does seem to do is translate the UI and some badges (achievements) and stuff.
