Amanda Bynes back on the mend!

She had a rough time the past year following a public breakdown and months-long stay in various psychiatric treatment facilities.
But Amanda Bynes is starting off her 28th year on a far healthier footing.
The actress displayed her slender figure in a neon green bikini as she soaked up the sun on Tuesday, the day before her birthday, with her parents in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Amanda, who is currently on spring break from fashion school, looked healthy in the two-piece, which featured a bandeau top and matching bottoms.
She pulled her blonde hair back into a low ponytail and shielded her eyes with large brown sunglasses.
Amanda was seen enjoying a dip in the hotel pool, before wrapping up in a large towel.

Same. She seems to be someone living off of their past success yet haven't done anything exceptional since. It's a bit of boring story really :/
