Ok I guess I'll take it upon myself to start.

Layout is generic and looks like a free release if I'm honest. That blue and that green together is not very nice at all. First thing I saw was the Happy Easter banner which is either over sized or saved as a jpeg, either one it looks ugly.

Some grammatical issues here and there as well as bad spelling in some places. Using the same blue text overlaying different tabs is a bit stupid, it's quite obvious they don't go well together.

The drop down links are white on a transparent background, v hard to read. Little things to pick up on like on the staff list. "These three people..." when actually theirs four.

I'm going to say best of luck I guess, but really if this goes uncorrected you'll go no where.

I only looked at the home page and saw a few gramatical errors, capital letters in the middle of sentences and some spelling errors
