What was the last ting you went to the cinema to watch?

Was it worth the money / would you recommend it?

omg just got back from watchin The Quiet Ones.
it **** me up all the way through
infact it **** me so much i need to watch somethin happy before i go to bed - something all 5 of us said

ermm its about these students who try to cure this girl of the demon thing she has inside her. basically

well i didn't pay because my friend works there. didn't enjoy it at all and wouldn't recommend it. the only thing that made it worthwhile was our commentary on the film... (dw no one else was in cinema)((good reasons for it too it was crap))

just a different take on the story of noah. noah build arc. noah fight. noah get psycho. noah.

Urm fairly sure it was non-stop


Went on orange Wednesdays so was £3.50 for me, can't really go wrong at that price :p
Yeah I'd recommend it

Air Marshall gets framed as a terrorist, lots of fighting, he saves the day

Last thing I watched: Captain Phillips
Worth the money: Definitely
What is it about: A cargo ship is hijacked by Somalian pirates and the pilot of the ship manages to get everyone safely home with the help of the marines etc.

What is it about (basic plot) Basically a dramatization of the 1976 Formula 1 Season

Rate out of 10? 9/10 - Very very good.

Want to watch Noah and The Great Budapest Hotel in the next week or so.

at the start of it i was like OOOOH this is gonna be a good film! but then it just felt like a typical fighting film and lost direction imo

i dont know i guess its probably because i know the actual story of it so well and it was interesting to see something different made from it. i mean at certain points i was kinda of bored (especially at the end when they dragged it on forever) but i think it was something different and unusual. i don't think emma watson was decent for the part though but i think that will always be the case in the future because im too used to her being in harry potter lol

yeah it was an interesting twist but some bits were v. predictable, other bits a little too shocking and the fight scenes were just typical. i can see why it was enjoyable though, and why people would like it, just not for me. hahaha my friend said the same, and they really made her look young again etc so it was definitely more like seeing her from HP

I last went to see Noah, but I didn't pay for it. It's about Noah and the ark so... I'm pretty sure everyone knows that storyline.
