Why are Saturday's football game times so random?

Like they're kicking off at 15:07 and 17:07... why is that? Is it in remembrance of something? I am so confused :P

All of this weekends games are postponed by seven minutes for the Hillsborough memorial. The game was in the seventh minute of open play when the players were ordered off the field as the unfortunate event unraveled.

Looking back, I actually made a mistake. Play was stopped on the 6th minute, plus an additional minute for a silence.
