With the return of Britain's Got Talent, there were massive highlights one of which a 51 year old Ukrainian Computer enthusiast, with his stage actors lighting it up all the way.

The boyband and the electro dance act were the only good ones for me. So many sob stories though...

that was hilarious, that's exactly the kind of thing you want to use the gold button for. why would you bother using it for an amazing act that you know is gonna get through to the finals anyway?

I wasn't expecting the golden buzzer on that act. if i was a judge, i would have used it on Light Balance

Even that would be a waste.

The whole point of sending an act through to the semis with the golden buzzer, is to do it for an act that wouldn't get there without the use of the buzzer.

The salsa dance act and Light Balance would both easily make the semis without the golden buzzer, and therefore, it was/would be a waste.

Nobody so far. But I would use it for a really bad act that makes me cry with laughter, there's usually at least one of those per series.

Some good acts. The middle member of Collabro is from my city to, Carlisle. Didn't know him but he went to school with my brother and girlfriend, my girlfriend singing with him at one point

I really enjoyed this weeks episode - loved the magician act (not the bad ones :P!); the knife throwing one was just madness and I'm still laughing at the last act and how David pressed the golden buzzer.. the poor guy thinks he's good :L. Videos below..

imo that's what the golden buzzer was meant for, to let someone funny through who would never have got through otherwise. He lacked any talent but he was funny and I found the bit when he pushed the golden buzzer hilarious so its served its purpose.
