LOL, i was checking my emails when i found that they have replied to the request via email, on the same day i sent it in lmao....

so just check ur habbo email email inboxes and search on hotmail " habbo " and find the help.habbo@ something.com and click it and see if they have replied. If i didnt check i would of just kept on waiting until my ban finished

I don't understand why it's taken so long tbh. They took 2 days to reply to me and then replied every half and hour and I got unbanned. Also considering it wasn't a legit ban I'd have thought she'd have been unbanned by now :(

Keep sending support tickets, habbo probably thought it was phishing scam, i got banned for the same thing and just tell them some one else was on your account or something. Habbo team is too dumb.

why do they still ban for this reason, surely they HAVE to know what the fansites are so that people aren't getting banned for it... it's silly

I bet you'll get Kate, I always get Kate with customer support, and you really have to pester them too to get anything done. If you had people take screenies for you that were in the room then that would help you out a lot.
