Events VIP

Can habbox events get an exclusive VIP you can win like the competitions one? You can obviously earn VIP through events by having the most wins in a weekly event or for being events player of the month, so I think it'd be nice to have an optional special VIP for it. Make it look nice though :(.

There is basically no difference between the competitions and events department other than the fact one is forum based and the other is hotel based. They're both meant to be hardish to win certain events/competitions and fun.

Definitely not any other departments, there's no reason for any other department to have it!

We got our own VIP because we give away a fair amount in regular competitions and we have regular big events happening too. Not sure if it's worth it if you'll only be giving away about 1 month per month :P.

User of the month and staff of the month are different to events player of the month. Unless it's been recently changed? I've been giving out VIP for it until I resigned, after all, you can only win it once!

Because if you won that then you could get the special events vip with any choice of vip you can choose from the usual colours, along with winning it from any weekly events ( which i think you do win a badge & week of vip and maybe rep/tokens). You do win VIP for events player of the month, nothing's changed with that. Odey has got it wrong :P. (UNLESS IT'S CHANGED AFTER I RESIGNED!)

No, if there is actually no one else that can get it, you may get it twice. But it's quite unlikely, unless anything's changed as I say again ;).

I think the only departments it works in are those that give a lot of VIP: comps, maybe Forum if you're pushing it.

The only other one I'd suggest is a general "event" winner - so like if you came top in any longer/ bigger habbox quests you'd get a really exclusive colour/effect

That makes the most sense tbh, although I'd go one further and say that if we have to have specific VIP for winners then just have a set "winner's VIP" and dish it out automatically to anyone who gets an award or whatever, saves asking around for what colour they want too :P

That makes normal VIP completely redundant then, and pretty much everyone will have winner's VIP

I think you're confusing VIP with Donator :P? VIP isn't sold except the limited edition ones e.g. Easter that's on sale now, and Charity VIP. So any VIP that anyone has has been won/earnt? Which means that offering an exclusive VIP for 'winners' would basically make it as common as any other regular VIP colour, potentially.

That's what I think of as normal VIP since it's what gets sold :P I see what you're getting at but really it would just be replacing one for another rather than unnecessarily adding several new ones for each department

I agree with the idea that Events VIP may be an incentive for people to host/play a weekly but apart from that (oh and as well as tournaments such HxSS & HxEE), when would it be given out. I guess you could get it for EPOTM if it were introduced. I just don't see it being used all that often. It would need to be extremely nice too.

Normal VIP doesn't ever get sold though! Only the same colors but in 'donator' instead.
