One wonders whether she's keeping up the act to protect herself/family or if they genuinely believe it.

It's rather depressing if they do believe it, but then again the same could be said for western countries just that we're better at it [propaganda].

I feel nothing but sympathy towards the North Korean people and nothing but anger towards the so-called 'Kim-Dynasty'.
