Permed on All Accounts Except One

A few days ago I made the mistake of saying (jokingly) that I was nine years old. Obviously someone took this as an opportunity to report me and get my permed. It worked and a few minutes later I went sent to the banned page.

Except something strange happened.

All of the accounts on my I.D. were permed except my main account 'jorsian'. I would like to know if anyone else has had something happen like this because I certainly find it strange. Why is it that my main account wasn't permed but all of my clones were?

Also, I would like to know how I can appeal this ban because Customer Support doesn't seem to have an area where I can do so. It's so difficult to get help now-a-days!!

They will ask that you scan a form of identification and send it via the help tool. MONEYMAGIC actually had this exact same query a few days ago, it does seem rather odd. Probably a glitch with the ban tools.

The Help tool and its staff is useless. :/ They cannot understand conversations had in rooms.

They'll ask you for a form of identification, or a letter from your parents confirming you're over 13.

I just sent them a picture of my Provisional along with my habbo username, a timestamp and my signature on a piece of paper next to it.

It worries me because clearly my main account is supposed to be permed too, but it isn't. I really hope I don't log in one day to find it permed too. I'm trying to sort this out so that I don't have to worry about it.

I was worried too, I didn't really want to send in a Help Tool thing because I thought they might ban MONEYMAGIC too xD But a lot of my furni is on Faves and another account, so it's really annoying :( I'd like to know what it was that I did! :P

I know this is quite old now, but just saying that after 2 months they have finally unbanned all my accounts. They didn't explain what I had ever done, all it said was that my accounts have all now been unbanned.

v strange although I would probably appaz anyway since proving you are over 13 shouldn't be too hard to overcome wheras if u leave it longer than 6 months you might not get them back.

Mods should go by the DOB used unless they can actually prove otherwise, before banning. Randomly saying "I am 9 years old" really shouldn't get you a ban. Such silly moderation.
