Drastic times.

Is it just simply supply > then demand atm for these?

They're under 100c now.

Same thing for the typewriter.. strange!

Definitely a surplus of them, and hard to predict what'll happen not only with Dragon Eggs but with many items too. As for Typewriters, they've always been hard to sell, at least in my experience, so I wouldn't be surprised if they continue falling.

What are the typos at? I haven't looked :O

Weren't they around 200c?

Ohh I see now, someone has rigged both Dragon Eggs and Typewriters down (both have an average just below 100c) so I wouldn't be surprised if this person/persons then ends up bulk buying them.

If the price is rigged down why were there dinos in there for like 100c?

surely they would stay at where they were at? The 93c drop does look a bit suspicious though

EDIT: oh so someone's looking to buy them cheap?

Well there's just so many of them, so when this average of 93c came in this morning people probably began undercutting each other to try sell theirs as quick as possible, and that has ended up at 100c with the potential to go down further. And yeah, that's the only logical explanation I can see for someone wanting to bring down the value of them - could also be someone who has 1 wanting to get revenge on someone who has 100 or something like that though :P.

I just bought a Typewriter for 192c to keep, but I'll be staying away from the Dragon Eggs for now :P.

I saw the avg drop to about 97c earlier today, I feel like there's some price rigging going on or something.

Managed to make ~18c from a quick dino flip yesterday evening:

I have faith that they'll get back up pretty swiftly.

I'm sure at midday today they were around 130~140ish.

I snagged 10 for like 90cish each! Woohoo

I feel like this is a good investment because I don't think they will drop more, will only slowly rise back up?!

I can't imagine dragon eggs are that common???

Can't edit previous post.

Just brought one for 93c. :)

To be honest I can see why they fell in value so dramatically.. They don't really look the part in rooms and there is better furni out there.

Decided I'd buy one, was one at 100 but then it sold as I was buying it :'(.

Just logged off but it was either 107 or 109, so still fairly low but I'll wait until I see one for 100 or less :P.

Dinos are just useless, pay 2gb is still too much for one furni that was only pop in casinos that dont exist anymore, seems to me that people are selling while you dont think they are useless... (anyways, I updated value to 105c)

Classic rares and supers dropping in price is a trend that will continue whilst LTDs control the economy. The ban of casinos didn't help their case either.

Only good LTDs will control the economy. Remember useless and unwanted LTDs will be injected into the game too.. Personally I'd rather have a super dragon set and an infobus then any other LTD. Pink dragon is the only LTD (and a black dino) that I'm even slightly interested in. :)

I feel that with the rise of auction rooms the demand for bulk rares will soon pick back up. Like casinos, people want to make trading rooms that are appealing and can only do so with rares that are available on a large scale.

Still think they look majorly out of place. I mean what goes with purple that looks wealthy?

Edit: cheeky 10c profit

They do look nice with classic furni, like birdbaths and petals :P.

Get with the times Luke, it's all about the LTDs now ;)

(I don't really like LTDs :( )

Aside from the fact that many of the LTDs which have been sold look hideous, some look quite nice and it's the whole LTD concept that brought me back to Habbo :P. Having said that, I highly doubt I'll ever become a regular Habbo user again

The pursuit of the elusive infobus brought me back :P

I remember buying a typo cheap not to long ago, maybe about 3 months ago. Think I got it for about 150c, could of been less memory isn't great about it.
